Shaina’s Philosophy

I believe every birthing person holds an ancient and instinctive knowing. It is a quiet, powerful current that flows beneath the surface and calls us home to ourselves. This wisdom does not need to be taught. It only needs to be remembered, honored, and trusted.

My care begins with deep listening. Whether you are navigating birth, loss, postpartum, or any point in your reproductive journey, I meet you where you are. I come to witness, to walk beside you, and to create a space where your voice, your body, and your spirit are honored as sacred.

The tools I offer are rooted in tradition, ritual, and care for the whole being. My approach is deeply inspired by Moroccan postpartum practices, where healing is communal, tender, and ceremonial. Through offerings like womb steaming, closing of the bones, womb cupping, nourishing foods, and herbal medicine, I help create space for your body to rest and restore, and for your spirit to be held gently in the transition.

I move slowly. I move intuitively. Every gesture, every practice, is in service of your return to self. Birth is not only physical—it is emotional, spiritual, and ancestral. I honor it all.

Whether we are sharing quiet conversation, preparing a healing bath, crafting a ritual, or simply breathing together, my role is to hold space for you to feel safe, seen, and sovereign in your experience.

I believe you already hold the wisdom you need. I trust the signals of your body, the stories of your lineage, and the power of your intuition. My care is a reflection of that trust.

You are not here to be managed or measured. You are a sacred being in the midst of transformation. You are whole. You are wise. And you deserve care that honors the fullness of who you are.
